2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Koransarai P.S. Case No. 136 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 354(B), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner tried to commit rape of the victim girl. Petitioner is in jail since 11.10.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after
