1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had filed Cr. Misc. No. 67113 of 2025 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2025 and the same was allowed by an order dated 09.10.2025.

3. It is submitted that inadvertently in Cr. Misc. No. 67113 of 2025 while describing the petitioner, his district was recorded as "Gaya" instead of "Nalanda". It is further submitted that the moment the said infirmity came to the notice of the petitioner, he approached the learned counsel and, accordingly, the instant modification application was filed on 18.10.2025 with a prayer that the district of the petitioner be recorded as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80941 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 Nalanda instead of Gaya.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State does not oppose the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the description of the petitioner with respect to his district is modified to read as "Nalanda" instead of "Gaya".

6. The order dated 09.10.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 67113 of 2025 is modified to the extent indicated above.

7. It is made clear that if petitioner surrenders on or before 08.12.2025 his bail bonds shall be accepted on the same terms and conditions.
