2. The present Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceedings against the opposite party (contemnors) for non-compliance of the Court's order dated 10.07.2023 passed in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.13550 of 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court MJC No.3323 of 2023(5) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 during pendency of the Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case petition, an order has been passed by the Land Acquisition Officer, but the said order has not been passed in accordance with law.

4. Therefore, the present Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case petition is hereby disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said decision of the Land Acquisition Officer before the appropriate forum.
