2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024 dated 15.07.2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 115(2), 126, 109, 76, 352 and 351(3) read with section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The main submissions advanced by petitioners' counsel are that both the parties are neighbours and in the present matter, four persons are said to have sustained injuries and the copy of their injury reports have been filed with this

No.80241 of 2024(3) dt.22-03-2025 2/3 petition as Annexure - 2 series and the same shows that all the injured persons sustained superficial injuries in the nature of abrasion and swelling and their injuries have been opined to be simple in nature by the medical expert. It is further submitted that the petitioners have fair and clean antecedent and the occurrence of assault is not alleged to have been committed in a planned manner as according to the prosecution story, both the petitioners firstly started abusing, which was objected by the informant then the latter part of the incident, relating to marpit, took place. It is lastly submitted that on account of efforts of well-wishers of both the parties, they have entered into a compromise and now, the dispute in between them has been settled.
4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioners.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by petitioners' counsel, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two
