The grievance of the petitioner, in the present writ application, is non-consideration of his case for compassionate appointment. Late Rajkishor Singh, father of the petitioner, died in harness on 15.03.2017, thereafter, the petitioner applied for consideration of his case for compassionate appointment on 04.05.2019, which was forwarded by the Block Education Officer to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Siwan, respondent no. 4, but, the representation of the petitioner (Annexure 4) has not been considered by the respondent no. 4

Patna High Court CWJC No.23857 of 2019(2) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 till today and the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground is pending.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent no. 4, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Siwan, is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner (Annxure 4) within eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
