The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 21.11.2019, both parties was directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Patna High Court.

Report of the Mediator at Flag-A shows that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation.

No. 692 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
