1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction commanding the respondents to make underground canal as per the estimate of the Department of Panchayati Raj which has provided Rs.8 Lacs for that purpose but instead of doing so the Respondent No.7 in league with the local authorities has built one feet hume pipe Nala which is well beyond the estimate of the Bhumigat Nala Nirman Karya and due to which filthy water

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction commanding the Respondent No.7 to replace the one feet hume pipe Nala by making Bhumigat Nala' in Ward No.5 (Beldari Toli) of Gram Panchayat Kachniyawan, District-Nalanda.

(iii) For further issuance of an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction to the local Official authorities to take stern legal action against the Respondent No.7 as she has misappropriated the fund of Rs.8 Lacs by making hume pipe Nala of 300 feet instead of 'Bhumigat Nala and due to this many houses of the Ward No.5 have submerged into filthy water and people are facing many kinds of problems."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Bihar Sharif at Nalanda for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
