====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.191 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that due to land dispute, seven persons, named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners variously armed with weapons came near the informant and started to cause assault. In that course, both the petitioners are said to have caused injury at the head and finger of Nirmal Sah, the son of the informant, throgh Farsa.

No.50223 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while there is allegation against the petitioners to cause injury at the head and finger of Nirmal Sah, the son of the informant, but only one lacerated wound 6 cm. X 1/4 cm. X skin deep was found on his person, which is simple in nature, caused by hard and blunt substance.
Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.191 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
