The petitioner is accused in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 207 of 2019, registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of written report of informant, Chandesdhwar Prasad Singh, Mahua P.S. Case No. 207 of 2019 is instituted against 20 unknown but in course of investigation, one Jafar Quraishi was apprehended, from whose possession, one looted mobile set is said to be recovered, showing the involvement of the petitioner in the present case and Md. Jafar Quraishi, has already been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74438 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 22.10.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 63687 of 2019. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.09.2019.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hjipur, in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 207 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
