JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kankarbagh P. S. Case No. 807 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 323, 341, 379, 605, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the impugned order that petitioners and informant are the real brothers and there is allegation that they assaulted by fist and slaps to the informant and snatched his purse, mobile phone and key of the motorcycle. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from them. There is property dispute between the parties.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Kankarbagh P. S. Case No. 807 of 2019.
