Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ashthawan P.S. Case No.143 of 2024 dated 25.06.2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 325, 307, 506, 379/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Biharsharif, Nalanda.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84960 of 2024(2) dt.12-12-2024 2/2 withdrawn.

However, petitioners are at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application.
