2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the names of a number of persons were existing in the voters' list of 2019 but their names were deleted in the voters' list of 2024. He has further submitted that indicating the names of the persons, who were left to be mentioned in the voters' list of 2024, an objection was given to the Returning Officer-cum-Block

3. On the other hand, learned counsel for State Election Authority submits that as per Circular, the objection can only be made by the persons, whose names have been left to be mentioned. One person in representative capacity cannot file writ petition like this.

4. As per guidelines issued through letter no. 1633 dated 24.09.2024 for PACS Election, only the person whose name has been left to be mentioned in the voters' list can make objection.

5. I do not find any merit in the present writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
