ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bachhawara P. S. Case No.124 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/ 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been involved in the present case out of local village politics. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

No.74342 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IInd-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Bachhawara P.S. Case No.124 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
