2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 99/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2023.

3. Two persons have been killed by the petitioner and other criminals. Materials have come during the investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this
