The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pribahore P.S.Case No.397 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, there is allegation that the petitioner has demanded his wages, which the informant could not give and became annoyed and he came with the knife and attacked on the neck of the informant causing injury on his neck. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there was no intention and in the spur of moment, attack was made.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail.

No.73455 of 2019(2) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on the basis of nature of the injuries. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
