2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342/323/302/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 09.03.2023 and he deserves bail. The petitioner claims to have clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the informant Shri Raj Kishore Prasad submits that in the trial 2 out of 3 private witnesses have already been examined and the prosecution will examine the third private witnesses at the earliest on the next appointed date.

5. Considering the aforesaid, this application is dismissed in view of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court
