2. The petitioner after having successfully passed his B.Sc. Honours Examination 2017, where he obtained 548 marks out of 800 marks and secured 1st Class, but till date no original certificate has been issued in favour of the petitioner by the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. Hence the present writ petition.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the though the petitioner approached his College KKMV, College, Fatuha for original degree certificate of B.Sc. Honours, but no fruitful action has been taken and thus the petitioner approached

When response from the University has also not been made properly, again a legal notice was also served upon the University on 12.09.2025 stating all the facts with the prayer for issuance of original certificate. However, till date the same has not been done.

4. It has also been apprised this Court that the petitioner has now qualified BPSC Exam and he is in need of original certificate, without which his recommendation for appointment might be actuated with prejudice and caused jeopardy to his career.

5. Learned Advocate for the University submits that no documents have been placed on record suggesting that the college in question has issued forwarding letter for issuance of original certificate.

6. Be that as it may, considering the grievance of the petitioner as also the admitted position that the petitioner had passed his B.SC. Honours Examination and a provisional certificate along with marks sheet have been duly issued in his favour by the Magadh University on 10.08.2017, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Controller of Examination, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, District Gaya to issue original certificate of B.Sc. Honours (Physics) to the
