2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 155 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a)(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. It is alleged that there is recovery of 10 litres of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

7. The petitioner will visit Sare Police Station on the every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
