2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 11 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2022.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the direct allegation against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80916 of 2023(3) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
