The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 673 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323 and 313 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of offence alleged and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a complaint was filed on account of matrimonial discord and incompatibility, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
