The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 354, 379, 294, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, while the daughters of the informant were returning from Coaching Centre, in the way, the accused persons snapped their photo from mobile and with ill intention tried to drag them forcibly towards the orchard.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72575 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are named in the FIR. Prior to institution of the present case, a Complaint case was filed by wife of petitioner No. 1 against the informant side of the present case and in retaliation of the said case, the present case has been filed. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioners.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Kiran Chaturvedi, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Shamho P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sudhir Singh, J) A.K.V.//- U T
