2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S.

3. Some unknown persons have stolen the bullet motorcycle and scooty of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent, not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. He submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the stolen vehicle was recovered from the premises of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 246 of 2024.
