Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity and personal grudge. As per Annexure-2, injury is found to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
