====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 75 of 2025, registered for offences punishable under Section 137(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. For the murder of the deceased, a case against unknown persons has been registered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the

7. Let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Muzaffarpur / concerned Court below, in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 75 of 2025.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail, is directed to cooperate in the trial, either by appearing personally or through his lawyer, on each and every date fixed in the trial court. Non-compliance with this condition will result in the cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
