The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 360 pieces, each containing 200 ml, country made liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.10.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barun P.S.
