The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are permitted to correct the sections of the offences alleged, in para 1 of the petition. Land dispute is background of allegation of commission of abuse and assault and attempt to outrage the modesty. The allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Hence, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a

No.53216 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Birpur Police Station Case No.66 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
