Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Usman@ Ficha and except the aforesaid statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. It is further submitted that moreover, co-accused Usman @ Ficha has already been granted privilege of bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06. 12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72510 of 2018 whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 01.09.2019 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
