2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323 , 498A , 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3 . It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation vide mediation report dated 03.04.2025 kept at flag 'B',.
4. Learned counsel for the Opposite party No. 2 and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82074 of 2024(4) dt.15-04-2025 2/2 learned A.P.P for the State does not dispute the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.
5 . Considering the aforesaid fact that dispute between the parties has already been resolved, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Buxar in connection with Buxar ( Mahila) Case No. 13 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that petitioner shall abide by the terms & conditions of the agreement, arrived at between both parties before the Mediator.
