This is second attempt for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017 registered under Section 366-A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the application for grant of pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41609 of 2017. Considering his active role in abducting a 14 years old girl which transpired from the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The renewal of prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail has been made on the ground that a compromise has taken place between the parties.

Apparently, while evading arrest, the petitioner is trying to tamper with the evidence by threatening the informant and her family members. In that view of the matter, I see not merit in this application. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is once again rejected with a cost of Rs. 25,000/-.
