The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation against Naushad and Shamsher and allegation against the petitioner is that he caught hold the victim along with three other persons. The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The co-accused have been granted bail by the different Benches of this Court vide order dated 15.10.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 61464/2019 and order dated 25.10.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 61129 of 2019.

Case No. 84 of 2019.
