JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32424/2018, by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 91/2017 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is suffering from Cancer and other disease and is on complete bed rest. Therefore, he could not surrender within time. In view of such, eight weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender before the court below and, in that event, the court below will release the petitioner on bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 24.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32424/2018.
