2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No.268 of 2019 dated 15.12.2019, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 448, 307, 326, 504, 506, 34 of IPC and 3/4 of Dian Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, petitioners are at liberty to surrender
