2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 379, 504, 506,324 , 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner along with other co-accused persons came to the house of informant abused and assaulted informant and his family members. It is further alleged that this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted sister-in - law of the informant Kavita Devi by means of lathi.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are co-villagers and due to dispute over pathway a simple altercation took place between them. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Injury

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioner, as named above , be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Begusarai in connection with Bachwara P.S. case No. 43 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
