2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make correction in the prayer portion of the present writ petition.

Without going into merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has made the representation (Annexure-P/4 series) to the District Magistrate, Chapra i.e., respondent No. 4 ventilating his grievance, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18386 of 2024(3) dt.17-02-2025 2/2 4 to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
