Prayer is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to respondents authority to delete the name of those voters whose name are there from same from one family having more than one voter in voter list dated 30.06.2019 of Karneji Panchayat PACS and further to take action against present Chairman of PACS Patedhi Balsar who hatched conspiracy for making defective voter list and committed several mistake in order to run the business of committee.
