2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered under Sections 328, 302 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner along with her husband administered poison to the father of informant and during course of treatment, informant's father died.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. Further submission is that specific allegation of administering poison is against the husband of petitioner. No specific over act has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 96 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
