The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is married sister of the husband of the victim of dowry death. Husband is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same before death. Dead body of the victim was recovered 30 kilometers away from the village.
Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioner normally resides in the matrimonial house and she played vital role in demand and torture.

No.56673 of 2018 (2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 Considering the facts of this case as stated above, especially, the fact that the petitioner is a married lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Karpi Police Station Case No. 94 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
