The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner is husband of the deceased and no specific allegation has been levelled against him. The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2019.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that there is specific allegation of demand of dowry against the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70079 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is rejected.
