2. The writ Court in CWJC No. 17391 of 2016 disposed of the writ petition directing the authority to ensure payment of retiral dues of the petitioner in terms of full bench decision in the case of Arvind Kumar Singh vs. State of Bihar reported in 2018 (2) PLJR 933.
3. A show cause on behalf of the Opposite Party nos. 1 and 2, namely, Principal Secretary and the Director, Administration cum Additional Secretary, Bihar is on record and the learned State counsel has taken this Court to the different
Patna High Court MJC No.4491 of 2019(3) dt.27-03-2024 2/2 annexures to show that the Accountant General, Bihar has been requested to clear the amount of the petitioner. 4.
Since the Accountant General, Bihar is unrepresented, learned counsel for the petitioner is also unable to state whether the payment has been made or not.
