1. Though the present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No.188 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 354(B), 324, 325, 379, 307, 427, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to comply with the order dated 19.05.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No.9636 of 2023, wherein the petitioner had himself sought four weeks' time to surrender before the learned Trial Court and seek regular bail, nonetheless, seeks a direction upon the learned Court of Additional Sessions Judge, VIIth-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Court), Madhubani, in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No.188
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85268 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2024 2/2 of 2022, to decide the application of the petitioner for grant of regular bail on the very same day.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court of Additional Sessions Judge, VIIth-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Court), Madhubani, in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No.188 of 2022, within a period of four weeks from today and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, which shall be considered by the Ld. Trial Court, in accordance with law and appropriate orders shall be passed thereon on the very same day of filing of the same.
3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
