The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly some arms were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no arms were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather it was recovered from co-accused. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 02.09.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail
