2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties for willful

Patna High Court MJC No.3650 of 2025(3) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 disobedience of the order dated 01.08.2023 passed in CWJC No. 2898 of 2020."

3. A show-cause has come on behalf of the opposite party nos. 3 to 5 and learned State counsel took this Court to the Annexure-R/5 series to show that the petitioner was handed over cheques of Rs. 25,000/- whereafter he has given a certificate on 14.12.2025.

4. This Court expects that the cheques handed over to the petitioner will be encashed and not bounce.
