2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Informant, namely, Arvind Sharma, alleges that on 08.08.2025, at about 08:10 A.M., co-accused Sunil Kumar Rai informed that his daughter's health was not good. On receipt of such information, the informant reached there and found his daughter hanging and then he saw soil on her body and blood was oozing out. The informant believes that accused persons have killed her.

4. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired during the course of investigation. Only

After investigation, police submitted charge-sheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 21.08.2025. Charge-sheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody and clean antecedent, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, District Samastipur, in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 203 of 2025.
