2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 615 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the dead body of the deceased was found from the house of Lakhan Saw and the petitioner is also said to be involved in the crime.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 18.09.2023 and he has no criminal history.

5. It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the deceased had many enemies and he has been killed in the house of Lakhan Saw who has already

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Jehanabad/concerned Court below in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 615 of 2023.
