The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 366 (A), 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the statement made under Section 164 of Code of Criminal Procedure, it appears that victim has gone for natural call and Pankaj Ranbansi and Suraj Rajbansi forcibly carried her on a motorcycle and thereafter she has gone to Rajgir. She has also stated that nothing wrong has been done with her. There is nothing on record that she has ever raised alarm while she was carrying to Rajgir.
