The petitioners, being the father-in-law & mother-inlaw, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-208/2019 for the offence registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the parents of the husband of the informantopposite party no. 2 and the husband has been granted provisional bail by this Court vide order dated 18.11.2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72053 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71080 of 2019 and opposite party no. 2 was noticed for appearing in the Court below so that they can go together and live harmonious family life. It is, thus, submitted that the petitioners being the parents of the boy be extended the privilege of pre-arrest bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. C-208 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
