The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273, 420, 307 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)(c)(d), 38(1), 41, 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR and the period undergone by the petitioner in custody as an under-trial prisoner, the prayer is allowed.
