The petitioner is challenging the order dated 10.08.2023 passed by the District Magistrate, Arwal, by which the stamp vendor license of the petitioner has been cancelled. 3.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the impugned order by which the stamp vendor license of the petitioner has been cancelled is illegal as the same has been passed without hearing the petitioner and without considering his show-cause.

From the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner has not been heard before the impugned order was passed by the District Magistrate, Arwal. It also appears that in two-line order, the show-cause filed by the petitioner has been rejected without considering the contentions mentioned in the said show-cause. In my opinion, this kind of order is no order in the eye of law.

In view of the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. Accordingly, the impugned order dated 10.08.2023 passed by the District Magistrate, Arwal is set aside with a liberty to the District Magistrate, Arwal to pass a fresh order in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner.
