2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 307, 379, 447, 504, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent mentioned in Para 3 of the bail application. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused assaulted the informant and injury was found to be simple in nature vide Annexure 2, 2/1 and 2/3. He further submits that petitioner and informant are agnates and there is family dispute between the parties.
4. Learned APP for the State has opposes the prayer
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81226 of 2023(2) dt.20-12-2023 2/2 for bail.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also nature of injury is found to be simple in nature, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/ successor Court in connection with Brahmpur (Chakki) P.S. Case No. 504 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Ranjeet/- U T
