The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 420 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that accused no.1, namely, Arjun Singh, has illegally executed the sale deed in favour of petitioner no.1 who is Bhaisure of the complainant. As the matter relates to land dispute, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Raj Mangal Singh, and Munij Singh @ Manoj Singh
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58845 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2 /2 @ Manoj Kumar, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Trial No.3822 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No. 376 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
